We have ben over-thinking the way we eat for more than a century now and it is proving disastrous! Robb Wolf is a bio-chemist and has worked with some of the biggest minds in nutrition in the world. As he says so often – “Try it for 30 days, see how you look, fee and perform.” This is a sustainable way of eating for your life, to make you stronger, healthier and live longer. This is a fad diet 250,000,000 years in the making!
I used to follow all of those body builder type diets, low fat and all that but I would balloon up after every fight and it got harder every time. Now I stay lean and ripped all the time and I am never hungry.
